- Torque-spec all critical fasteners
- Bottom bracket and crank inspection
- Frame and component wipe down
- Test ride
- External E-bike battery and harness inspection and cleaning: minor electrical diagnostics only. No firmware or warranty work
- Digital service summary, recommendations, potential add-ons and scheduling options
Important: Price is per bicycle. Parts and repairs beyond the included adjustments require customer approval and are charged and scheduled separately.

- Hydraulic brake bleed — $45 per brake: fluid and disposal included
- Spoke replacement in
- house, wheel rebuilds (wheel builds outsourced to a Professional Specialist Wheel Builders)
- Internally routed cable and housing replacement — $40 to $60+ per line
- Complete drivetrain removal and deep cleaning (Drivetrain only) — $100
- Bearings, Headsets, Bottom brackets, Hub bearings Replace/overhauls — Starting at $75
- Basic suspension seal service — $95 per component, plus parts:
Advanced repairs may require additional professional servicing. - Minor e-bike diagnostics only: excludes firmware, warranty, battery, motor and controller work. Customer-supplied parts may be installed: labor quoted separately.
- Pickup and return for selected workshop repairs: any charge is disclosed before scheduling
- Protective frame-wrap installation — quoted by kit: frame-specific kit required
- Out-of-box bicycle assembly — quoted per bike
- Frame strip-downs and rebuilds — quoted per frame
Service Conditions
- Additional work begins only after the customer approves the quote.
- Severely neglected or damaged bicycles may require pickup service. Service may be declined or stopped if the bicycle or worksite presents a safety risk.
- Customers must provide a safe, reasonably level work area with enough space for tools and equipment.
- Outdoor appointments may be rescheduled due to weather.
- Minor e-bike electrical diagnostics are available: firmware, warranty, battery, motor and controller work are excluded during launch.
